As part of our drive to become one of the leading players in the meat industry, we are now looking for a professional to join our team as a manager who is responsible for slaughter process. We are seeking a very special person to join our team. They should be a leading professional in the cattle slaughter and processing industry with appropriate education and demonstrable experience.
Requirements:
· Male, max 40 years of age.
· Min. 5 years of experience in similar cattle industry.
· Good network with local slaughter house community locally.
· Key demonstrable hands on managerial knowledge and working responsibility of animal reception, slaughter process, cut up, storage, chilling, freezing, further process, packaging, distribution and cool chain logistics is a must.
· Proactive, driven and tough individual is needed for this role.
