Repair Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervising repair operations in Hilti repair network
- Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in repair process.
- Solving customer complaints related to repair and maintaining good relationship with repair customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Previous working experience in similar position 3-5 years
- Proficient in English
- Good leadership, organization skills and communications skills
- Willing to work overtime
- Possess heart of service in giving the best repair service to customers
